"The Great Lakes Fishery Commission held its Annual Meeting in Rochester on June 8 and 9, 2004. Each year a different meeting site is selected somewhere in the Great Lakes Basin. The participants are scientists, agency personnel, advisors, and interested parties from the United States and Canada. This was the first time the Commission had visited Rochester and the meeting was very successful. We enjoyed the hospitality of the city and the accommodations at the Hyatt were excellent. Feedback from several participants was extremely positive and Rochester proved to be an excellent venue for our meeting. "
